Privacy Policy

Orchpad is a product of Orvo AI Ltd (trading as Orchpad), a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at eslam@getorvo.co.

• Account & application data — your name, email address, and what you tell us about the projects you want to build.
• Usage data — pages visited, clicks, device and browser type, and approximate location from IP. We use this to fix bugs and improve the product.
• Integration data — when you connect Orchpad to another service (e.g. GitHub, Vercel), we receive only the data we need to make that integration work. We don’t store credentials we don’t need.
• Communications — anything you send us by email or through the product.

• To operate, secure, and improve Orchpad.
• To review applications and grant early access.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, security).
• To comply with the law where required.

We don’t sell your personal data. We don’t train AI models on your private prompts or projects.

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service. Each handles data on our behalf under written contracts:

• Supabase — application database and authentication.
• Vercel — hosting and CDN.
• Anthropic — the AI model that powers the agents. Prompts you send are processed by Anthropic to generate responses; they are not used to train models.
• TikTok — analytics and advertising. If you arrive from a TikTok ad, TikTok’s pixel records that visit on our site.
• Upwork — when we engage contractors through Upwork to help build Orchpad, they may have limited access to operational data under confidentiality agreements.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK/EEA (mainly the United States). Where that happens, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Show you the data we hold about you
• Correct anything that’s wrong
• Delete your account and the data attached to it
• Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Stop processing your data, or withdraw your consent

Email eslam@getorvo.co and we’ll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

We keep personal data only as long as we need it. Account records are kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after you close it. Billing records are kept for 7 years (UK tax law). You can ask us to delete sooner.

Orchpad is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

We’ll post material changes on this page and update the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
