Orchpad is a platform where you direct AI agents to build digital products — from idea to shipped app — without writing code. It’s provided by Orvo AI Ltd (trading as Orchpad). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You need to be at least 13 (16 in the EU) and able to enter a binding contract. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account — keep your credentials secure and email eslam@getorvo.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use Orchpad to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
You own your data and the products you build with Orchpad. The code, the deployed app, the database, the connected accounts — all yours. We don’t claim rights over your prompts, your projects, or the output the agents produce for you.
You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your content solely to operate the service. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
Orchpad uses large language models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You’re responsible for reviewing and validating anything the agents produce before relying on it — especially for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
When Orchpad hosts a marketplace transaction — for example, when one user pays another through the platform — Orchpad takes a 25% fee on the gross transaction value. The remaining 75% is paid to the seller. The 25% covers payment processing, hosting, dispute handling, and platform operations.
We work hard to keep Orchpad available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may schedule maintenance, deploy updates, or hit incidents that cause downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in that period and (b) £100. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (e.g. death, personal injury, fraud).
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for serious or repeated breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. We’ll delete your data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule after termination.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
